Etna Community Center - Star Valley, Wyoming | JUNE 15 2024!

This fun class is for children ages 7-11, with a maximum of 6 students. Supplies and a snack provided (but you may want to bring an apron!).

Sign your child up for an artistic adventure with our "Heroic Hues" acrylic painting class! In this casual and fun 2-hour session, young artists will learn the basics of color mixing and apply what they learn to their very own rendition of a favorite character of their choosing.

During the first hour, students will create their own color wheels featuring Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary colors. The excitement continues in the second hour as they bring their newfound skills to life on a pre-prepped canvas, featuring the hero/character of their choice. Each budding artist will go home with a finished painting (or close to it)!

A light snack (and maybe a little hot cocoa!) will be provided. During a 15 minute break in between sessions, we'll eat our snack, and the kids can unleash their energy in a mini dance party to get their wiggles out. It's a perfect blend of creativity, learning, and fun.
